Internet Connection

Make sure the Modem Device is On
  1. Ensure the adapter is installed correctly, it flows electricity, and not in a state of a power outage.
  2. If it doesn't turn on, check the adapter and make sure all the cables are plugged in correctly.
  3. Ensure the Power, PON/LINK, Internet, Wi-Fi/WLAN ONT indicator lights are On.
  4. Restart the modem device periodically.
  5. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact IdeaNet Care through Website, Email, or WhatsApp.
Make Sure Internet Usage Does Not Exceed FUP
  1. Ensure internet usage does not exceed the Fair Usage Policy (FUP).
  2. If usage has reached FUP, please contact IdeaNet Call Center.
Check the Ideal Number of Connected Devices
  1. Ensure the number of connected devices is ideal.
  2. The number of connected devices according to the ideal speed is: 20-30 Mbps speed up to 3 devices, 40-50 Mbps speed, up to 5 devices, 100 Mbps speed, up to 10 devices.
Make Sure There are No Unpaid Billing Payment
  1. Make sure there are no outstanding payments on your IdeaNet bill.
  2. Checking and paying IdeaNet bills can be done through IdeaNet website.

Package Migration

Migration Package Submission
  1. Provide the details of IdeaNet Customer ID Number and package migration request to the officer.
  2. The officer will validate the customer and package migration request, as well as convey the terms and conditions for it.
  3. Follow the next steps based on officer instruction so that the process is successful.

  1. KTP (original/photocopy)
  2. Pay current month's bills
  3. Stamped power of attorney if authorized
  4. KTP of authorizer/owner (original/photocopy) if authorized

How to Subscribe IdeaNet
  1. Visit www.ideanet.net.id
  2. at the navigation menu on the homepage, click Subscribe Now.
  3. Select the services that you want (retail/enterprise).
  4. Complete the data required for the registration form.
  5. Submit the data, then you will get an email or WhatsApp message for verification.
  6. verify the message and our team will contact you to continue the installation process.

Billing Information

IdeaNet Website
  1. Open the IdeaNet website at www.ideanet.net.id
  2. Log in to your account, on the navigation menu on the homepage, click login.
  3. Insert your Customer ID and Registered Phone Number.
  4. On the Profile Page, select the billing information menu.
  5. Click the pay now button, then you will be redirected to the Oy! payment page.
  6. Select your preference payment method.
Email
  1. Invoice emails will be sent at the beginning of the month for the current month's bill.
  2. Open the email, click the pay now button, then you will be redirected to the Oy! payment page.
  3. Select your preference payment method.
Whatsapp Chat
  1. Invoice messages will be sent to the customer's WhatsApp at the beginning of the month for the current month's bill
  2. Open the message, click the payment link provided, then you will be redirected to the Oy! payment page.
  3. Select your preference payment method.
