Internet Connection
Make sure the Modem Device is On
- Ensure the adapter is installed correctly, it flows electricity, and not in a state of a power outage.
- If it doesn't turn on, check the adapter and make sure all the cables are plugged in correctly.
- Ensure the Power, PON/LINK, Internet, Wi-Fi/WLAN ONT indicator lights are On.
- Restart the modem device periodically.
- If you are still experiencing problems, please contact IdeaNet Care through Website, Email, or WhatsApp.
Make Sure Internet Usage Does Not Exceed FUP
- Ensure internet usage does not exceed the Fair Usage Policy (FUP).
- If usage has reached FUP, please contact IdeaNet Call Center.
Check the Ideal Number of Connected Devices
- Ensure the number of connected devices is ideal.
- The number of connected devices according to the ideal speed is: 20-30 Mbps speed up to 3 devices, 40-50 Mbps speed, up to 5 devices, 100 Mbps speed, up to 10 devices.
Make Sure There are No Unpaid Billing Payment
- Make sure there are no outstanding payments on your IdeaNet bill.
- Checking and paying IdeaNet bills can be done through IdeaNet website.

Migration Package Submission
- Provide the details of IdeaNet Customer ID Number and package migration request to the officer.
- The officer will validate the customer and package migration request, as well as convey the terms and conditions for it.
- Follow the next steps based on officer instruction so that the process is successful.

How to Subscribe IdeaNet
- Visit www.ideanet.net.id
- at the navigation menu on the homepage, click Subscribe Now.
- Select the services that you want (retail/enterprise).
- Complete the data required for the registration form.
- Submit the data, then you will get an email or WhatsApp message for verification.
- verify the message and our team will contact you to continue the installation process.

Billing Information
IdeaNet Website
- Open the IdeaNet website at www.ideanet.net.id
- Log in to your account, on the navigation menu on the homepage, click login.
- Insert your Customer ID and Registered Phone Number.
- On the Profile Page, select the billing information menu.
- Click the pay now button, then you will be redirected to the Oy! payment page.
- Select your preference payment method.
Email
- Invoice emails will be sent at the beginning of the month for the current month's bill.
- Open the email, click the pay now button, then you will be redirected to the Oy! payment page.
- Select your preference payment method.
Whatsapp Chat
- Invoice messages will be sent to the customer's WhatsApp at the beginning of the month for the current month's bill
- Open the message, click the payment link provided, then you will be redirected to the Oy! payment page.
- Select your preference payment method.
