The app requests access to sensitive device permissions to function correctly. You have the right to revoke these permissions at any time via your device settings, though this may affect app functionality.

  • Location Data (Coarse and Fine): Collected to verify service availability in your area and to support network diagnostic features (such as speed testing).
  • Camera & Photo Library: Used to allow you to upload a profile photo or scan documents necessary for registration.
  • Files / Storage: Required to download and save your monthly internet invoices (PDFs) to your device.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data for the following specific purposes:

  • To create and manage your ISP user account.
  • To facilitate secure authentication and login.
  • To process payments via our integrated payment gateways.
  • To generate and allow the download of billing invoices.

Whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

This app does not explicitly use "cookies" for tracking, but third-party code and libraries used by the app may use "cookies" to collect information and improve their services.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it.
